- Each Shuttle Pass is valid for a specific Shuttle stop at a reserved time and cannot be used at any other stop or at an alternate time. If you miss your reserved time we will not be able to accommodate you unless there is a cancellation.

TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT
This Transportation Agreement for Services is made effective upon purchase of any Tickets/Passes.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES.
Beginning on Date of Purchase, Trippin on the Strip will provide to Ticket Holders the following transportation services (collectively, the "Services"):
Provide transportation for:
one (1) person and (1) One carry on bag within these listed requirements
Small bags, single-compartment bags, plush bags, purses (maximum 12"x12"x12")
extra bags will not be permitted unless there is additional room to accommodate and must be on the trip you are on
Gives Ticket Holders the Rider (1) single one way trip, to the EDC drop off site from a pre-selected pickup location, or to a pre-selected drop-off location from the EDC pickup site in accordance with your scheduled ticket /pass board and departure times
PAYMENT
Payment shall be made To Book Your Ride From one of our pickup locations listed in the provided Stop Schedule and Ticket Holders will be permitted to board according to your pass pickup/departure time and boarding location.
Boarding Pass and Boarding Terms
Ticket Holders will be provided a digital ticket to board if Ticket Holders cannot present this ticket Ticket Holders may not be allowed access to the vehicle. we may at our discretion check our current records and verify your identity and or Ticket/ Pass with an acceptable form of identification listed below.
If Ticket Holders are not present and seated in the Passenger van or on the premises of the pickup location waiting to be seated within 10 minutes after the Departure Time stated on the ticket/pass, and we leave without Ticket Holders in the Passenger van it will be considered a forfeit of said ticket/pass, Ticket Holders will not be issued a refund and only at our availability of seats we may allow Ticket Holders to board at later scheduled Departure time.

Any US government-issued driver?s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
Foreign government-issued driver?s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.)
Temporary DMV documents proving Ticket Holders are currently renewing a license? ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

TERM.
This Agreement will terminate automatically upon completion by Trippin on the Strip of the Services required by this Agreement.
INSURANCE. Trippin on the Strip, at Trippin on the Strip's expense, shall maintain during the term of this Agreement, commercial general liability and automobile liability insurance with minimum limits per occurrence and for personal injury and property damage, with minimum limits. Trippin on the Strip shall also maintain any insurance coverage required by any government body.
PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES. Trippin on the Strip agrees to comply with all of the ticket holders reasonable transportation instructions communicated to Trippin on the Strip by Ticket Holders, and to comply with all applicable provisions of any Provincial, Federal, State and/or local law or ordinance and all lawful orders, rules and regulations issued thereunder. Trippin on the Strip agrees to perform its services under this Agreement in accordance with the highest standards of industry.
EXCLUSIVE CONTROL. Trippin on the Strip shall have sole and exclusive control over the manner in which Trippin on the Strip and its agents perform the transportation service provided for hereunder, and Trippin on the Strip shall utilize such individuals as it may deem necessary in connection therewith, it being understood and agreed that such individuals shall be subject to discharge, discipline, and control solely and exclusively by Trippin on the Strip. Trippin on the Strip represents that it is entirely independent and that it is not substantially economically dependent upon Ticket Holders, and there is no functional integration of Ticket Holders's and Trippin on the Strip's respective operations.
HEALTH & SAFETY. Trippin on the Strip is responsible to ensure that each of Trippin on the Strip's employees/drivers/workers receives orientation to his/her job duties, including specific safety requirements, prior to beginning the assignment. No employee/driver/worker of Trippin on the Strip will be assigned to operate a vehicle or instructed to perform duties for which they do not have the skill or training to perform safely.
PROMPT SERVICE. Trippin on the Strip shall promptly and efficiently receive and transport passengers safely, within Ticket Holders's established schedules.
CONFIDENTIALITY. Trippin on the Strip, and its employees, agents, or representatives will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or indirectly, use for the personal benefit of Trippin on the Strip, or divulge, disclose, or communicate in any manner, any information that is proprietary to our patrons. Trippin on the Strip and its employees, agents, and representatives will protect such information and treat it as strictly confidential. This provision will continue to be effective after the termination of this Agreement.
WARRANTY. Trippin on the Strip shall provide its services and meet its obligations under this Agreement in a timely and workmanlike manner, using knowledge and recommendations for performing the services which meet generally acceptable standards in Trippin on the Strip's community and region, and will provide a standard of care equal to, or superior to, care used by transporters similar to Trippin on the Strip on similar projects.
SEVERABILITY. If any provision of this Agreement will be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid and enforceable, then such provision will be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.
AMENDMENT. This Agreement may be modified or amended in writing, if the writing is signed by the party obligated under the amendment.
GOVERNING LAW. This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada
NOTICE. Any notice or communication required or permitted under this Agreement shall be sufficiently given if delivered in person or by certified mail, return receipt requested, to the address set forth in the opening paragraph or to such other address as one party may have furnished to the other in writing.
WAIVER OF CONTRACTUAL RIGHT. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party's right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.
ASSIGNMENT. Neither party may assign or transfer this Agreement without the prior written consent of the non-assigning party, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
